On this episode, I’m joined by former VP of Sales & Marketing for the Arnold Palmer Golf Company now Founder of Sqairz Golf Bob Winskowicz, The Confidence Doctor Dr. Bob Winters, and former NFL DB and Indiana State Hall of Famer Vencie Glenn.

Bob Winskowicz takes us back to his days working with Mr. Palmer. He talks about their relationship and Arnie’s mantra, “What’s in it for the consumer?” Then he updates us on what sets the Sqairz models for 2024 apart from other golf shoes, the science behind why Sqairz helps us generate more swing speed and gain greater distance, and the brand’s move into the baseball cleat market.

Dr. Bob Winters is now going to be part of the show the first week of every month. This week he talks about his talk with the men’s golf team at his alma mater Ball State University and their subsequent victories at the Dorado Beach Invitational and the MAC Match Play Championship. We also hear about the work he did recently with a couple of junior players over at The Concession Club, a wonderful Jack Nicklaus and Tony Jacklin co-design, and the confidence-building seminar with junior players in Colorado on the Summit Junior Tour.

Rounding out this week’s show is former NFL DB Vencie Glenn. Vencie played 10 seasons in the League for the Patriots, Chargers, Saints, Vikings, and Giants. I get Vencie’s thoughts on the Chiefs current dynasty and Pat Mahomes’ place in history. We also talk about his time playing for Tony Dunger in Minnesota when Dungy was their Defensive Coordinator. Vencie is also a really good golfer. He tells the story of his career-best round 67 plus the hole-in-one he made and the car he won at LaDainian Tomlinson’s Celebrity Golf Tournament.
