As part of their volunteer day, Chamberlin, Rennebeck, and the entire KDKA team sorted and bagged 4,500 pounds of locally sourced apples (Apple Castle) at the food bank’s repack center. Located in the main warehouse facility in Duquesne, repack volunteers are charged with sorting and repackaging both perishable and non-perishable products.
