Tim Benz is back in Pittsburgh! He spent the past year in Boston working at WEEI and has now returned to Pittsburgh to continue his career with TribLIVE Radio. Benz will join the TribLIVE Radio Morning Show with Ken Laird and Guy Junker weekdays 10am-1pm.

Benz will also host the Steelers post game show on the team’s radio network. During his previous stint in Pittsburgh from 2001 – 2014, Tim was the play-by-play voice of the RMU hockey team and the Pittsburgh Power. He also was an anchor at WTAE-TV, a frequent contributor to the KDKA Sports Showdown and was a host on 105.9 The X.
Before coming to Pittsburgh, Tim worked in Columbus, Salt Lake City, and Syracuse, NY. He is a 1996 graduate of Syracuse University.
Originally launched in January 2011, TribLIVE Radio’s SportsTalk.TribLIVE.com is the first online only radio station in Pittsburgh, broadcasting live online from the Trib’s North Shore Studios.
