Ok. So what are the Cincinnati Bengals trying to accomplish? They are playing the wrong quarterback. Yet it appears as if they are trying to improve at linebacker and the offensive line. They aren’t getting the ball to Tyler Boyd often. They are finally using Joe Mixon enough. But is it at the right times? We try to sort through all of this mess with Bengals play-by-play voice Dan Hoard in advance of the Steelers’ trip to Cincinnati on Sunday.
